I use Etsy to process orders to ship across North America.
I use the most economical method to ship your package that includes tracking and $100 
CAD insurance.
Additional insurance coverage can be purchased at your request for larger orders.

As of August 1st 2022, the Etsy Purchase Protection will be in effect for all orders that are received damage or not at all, up to $250 USD, for no additional charge. In the event you receive something damaged, please contact me and we'll get it sorted.

US and International customers should be aware that some locations may incur a pickup charge. I am not responsible for these additional fees. 

returns & exchanges

I accept order cancellations within 24 hours.

In-person returns and exchanges on unused goods are accepted if you contact me within 7 days of purchase. 

If you're unhappy with an order that was delivered via parcel, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and we'll find a happy solution.

Your privacy online is very important to me.

I will contact you for sales, special events and product release if you sign up to my mailing list only.

I use the Third Party Payment Provider Square to accept and verify payment by credit card.

For in-person sales or wholesale deliveries, I also accept cash and e-tranfers.
