I do my best to offer sustainable methods to safely delivery your handmade goods. Much of my packaging is reused from local businesses. Please continue to reuse, recycle or responsibly dispose afterwards.

Shipping
Flat shipping anywhere in Canada is $22 using UPS Standard, which includes tracking and $100 CAD insurance. Flat shipping to the United States is +$8.
Additional insurance coverage can be purchased at your request. Some locations in the US may incur a pickup charge, and I am not responsible for these additional fees.

In the event you receive something damaged, please contact me and we'll get it sorted together.

Pickup
Pickup at one of my local events is free. Use "pickup" at checkout and leave a note for which event you're coming to in your order.

Delivery
I charge $6 for contactless porch delivery within my radius: Ottawa, the Thousand Island Corridor and Kingston.

If you purchase on my Etsy online store, the Etsy Purchase Protection will be in effect at no additional charge for all orders that are received damage or not at all, up to $250 USD.
returns & exchanges
I accept online order cancellations within 24 hours.
In-person returns and exchanges on unused pottery are accepted if you contact me within 7 days of purchase.
If you're unhappy with an order that was delivered via parcel, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and we'll find a happy solution.
privacy & payment
I love in-person transactions for retail or wholesale deliveries and accept cash, credit card and e-tranfers.
I use the Third Party Payment Provider Square to accept and verify payment by credit card. A full breakdown of Square's Privacy Policy can be found here.
