Della Dora was made in the summer of 2025 to cherish all the animals in our lives, from "family members" to our "backyard neighbours." Inspired by 19th century English Ironware, these pieces are meant to be tough, elegant, and dignified, the very nature of our animal friends.

"After making many pieces for my own backyard visitors and beloved 4-legged family members for many years, I decided to create a signature line just for them.
I hope these pots act as a quiet reminder to recognize and take care of what is precious in our lives, with hopes that it extends to all animals. They deserve it - our admiration, appreciation, and a special vessel made with only them in mind."​​

What are the care instructions?
Everything is food-safe and robustly made to withstand multiple daily use, designed with thick rims and steady bases. They are dishwasher safe, yet handwashing is recommended for the sake of preventing potential collisions in the dishwasher.
​
I recommend bringing any outdoor pottery inside for the winter, to avoid breakage from heavy snow or ice buildup and/or strong winds.
